◆Independent research &development and innovation, with multiple independent intellectual property rights

YWY has a professional technical research and development team. There are currently 60 professional and technical personnel of various types, including more than 20 senior professionals.

YWY has a provincial-level enterprise technology center. The center set up design and development department, technology department, information and information room, testing and test center, project management room and other departments. It includes five professional R&D rooms, four professional laboratories, and an experimental base, covering five major categories of technology R&D innovation organizational structure: design, process, information, and testing and testing.

YWY pays attention to the construction of technology research and development capabilities and testing capabilities, and cooperates with scientific research institutes and key enterprises in the industry. The completed new product development rate reaches 35%. It has now obtained 45 national patents, including 10 invention patents.

◆Technical cooperation between enterprises

Carrying out technical cooperation between enterprises, working closely with metallurgical design institutes and industrial enterprise technology centers, including several localization Renovation technical agreements with Zhenhua Heavy Industry, Shanghai Baosteel, Shougang, Anshan Iron and Steel, Taiyuan Iron and Steel, Wuhan Iron and Steel, CNR Wind Power, Rizhao Steel and other companies ,especially jointly develop new products, and research and develop a number of products and the indicators  have reached China advanced level, replacing imported products and filling the domestic gap. Long-term cooperation with China Metallurgical CCID, China Metallurgical Jingcheng, China Metallurgical Southern and other iron and steel institutes have established technical cooperation starting from product selection, research and development according to the working conditions proposed by customers, and implement high-end, personalized and differentiated product transformation road.
